<li>Assist in the proper completion of discard processes for specimens according to established lab protocols, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines</li>
<li>Communicate with patients in person, via phone, and email to create a strong relationship as this position will both advocate and represent the lab and its members to other departments as well</li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties as needed to ensure the lab operates smoothly, including organizing supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with communication between the lab and other departments</li>
