</b></div><p>Lead Security &amp; Crisis Management activities at OQ SAOC, under VP Corporate HSSE acting as owner of the Security and crisis management systems, by developing the required documentation through: (1) Establish and implement Security and Crisis Management Systems, (2) Prepare and execute an Assurance Plan for Security and Crisis Management services across all OQ locations, (3) Focal point with local authorities in relation to security and crisis management ensuring OQ preparedness and the availability of mutual aids with other organizations and (4) ensure all security measures, standards and systems in OQ are aligned with ROP and other local regulatory bodies.</p>

<li>Contribute to organizational resilience by integrating security and crisis management with business continuity, recovery, and resilience strategies</li>
<li>Oversee security risk management related to contractors, vendors, and supply chains, including assurance and compliance</li>
<li>Conduct Security Risk Assessment at Corporate level and ensure security risk management plans are effective.
</li><li>Establish and maintain security threat intelligence, horizon scanning, and geopolitical risk monitoring capabilities to anticipate emerging risks</li>
<li>Conduct risk assessment at national and international levels related to HSSE that impact OQ as a group.</li>
<li>Integrate security and crisis risks into the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk appetite alignment, Board‑level reporting, and strategic risk reviews</li>
<li>Prepare and present security and crisis readiness, risk posture, and lessons‑learned briefings to Executive Management and the Board as required</li>
<li>Ensuring OQ preparedness to manage crisis and emergencies by ensuring capability building and resources availability.</li>
<li>Define and implement a corporate security and crisis competency framework, including training pathways for executives, crisis teams, and duty managers</li>
<li>Own and Manage the Duty Manager System at OQ SAOC. Define, govern, and maintain crisis leadership succession, duty coverage, and delegation of authority frameworks</li>
<li>Conduct drills, tabletop and large-scale emergency and crisis level exercises as per the annual HSSE plan.</li>
<li>Ensure integration of cyber‑physical security and crisis scenarios within corporate crisis management planning and exercises</li>
<li>Ensure all security measures, standards and systems in OQ Projects are aligned with ROP and other local regulatory bodies. Provide security and crisis management input into project design, major investments, acquisitions, and new ventures to ensure risk is addressed at concept and design stages.</li>
<li>OQ Focal Point with ROP, NCEM, MEM and other government authorities in relation to security and crisis management.</li>
<li>Support OQ Assets in planning and conducting level 2 exercises when required.</li>
<li>Lead the planning for Level 3 exercise at OQ Group</li>
<li>Advisor to the Chief Incident Commander during emergencies and crisis. Provide authoritative security and crisis management advice with defined escalation and decision‑support authority during Level 2 and Level 3 incidents</li>
<li>Develop and oversee security and crisis performance dashboards, analytics, and digital decisions support tools</li>

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Assistant Store Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store &ldquo;tMart&rdquo;, which is the region&rsquo;s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

   Responsible for the operations of the store during his shift, in terms of end to -end operation: managing staff , Ordering, Inbound receiving, stocking, Pick and pack orders
  </li>
  <li>
   Assists Store supervisor to manage all store operations (i.e. selecting people, scheduling shifts, routine and preventive maintenance, &hellip;)

  <li>
   Assists Store supervisor for Ordering / Store replenishment: by Ensure proper stock in stores (No OOS or OVS) and help to assessing the inventory and issuing orders based on the input and assessment of demand planner plus physical stock assessment
  </li>

   Inventory management: Support Store supervisor by Ensuring effective stock control function and practices. Support Implementation of inventory process to ensure adequate stock levels and accurate inventory by conducting Store Stock take &amp; Cycle count based on the agreed schedule
  </li>

   Inbound receiving: During his shift , to ensure Accurate receiving of orders as per policies &amp; SOP
  </li>
  <li>
   Outbound: During his shift , to ensure Efficient and accurate picking and packing of customer orders, as per SOP
  </li>

   Support Store supervisor by monitoring fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profits.

  Qualifications

   You have at least 3-5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
  </li>
  <li>
   You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
  </li>
  <li>
   Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
  </li>
  <li>
   Help Store supervisor by Ensuring implementation of actions pertinent to store-related shrinkages
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervising the effective implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security and safety standards, as well as service level standards and ensuring a high level customer service both internally and externally during his shift
  </li>
  <li>
   Discussing with the Store supervisor all issues/problems and propose solutions
  </li>
