Job Description:About Us: Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is a premium skincare and aesthetics clinic, dedicated to providing evidence-based, result-driven aesthetic treatments in a professional and hygienic environment. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation &amp; Treatment Planning<ul><li>Conduct in-depth skin consultations and analysis</li><li>Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments</li><li>Build trust through professional guidance and education</li></ul>2. Performing Aesthetic Treatments<ul><li>Deliver non-invasive facial and body treatments such as:</li><li>HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, BB Glow, PRP, Chemical Peels, etc.</li><li>Operate aesthetic machines and devices with proper protocols</li><li>Maintain detailed client records of services and progress</li></ul>3. Hygiene &amp; Clinic Standards<ul><li>Follow strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols</li><li>Ensure cleanliness of tools, machines, and treatment rooms before and after each client</li><li>Maintain a calm, safe, and client-focused environment</li></ul>4. Product Knowledge &amp; Retail Support<ul><li>Recommend suitable skincare products based on individual needs</li><li>Maintain knowledge of in-house product lines and ingredients</li><li>Support retail sales targets through genuine client education</li></ul>5. Team Collaboration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with doctors, fellow aestheticians, and front desk team</li><li>Participate in training sessions and team meetings</li><li>Submit treatment reports and feedback to the Branch Manager regularly</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualities<ul><li>Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatments</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident, polite, and client-focused attitude</li><li>Comfortable working with clinical equipment and cosmetic products</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong ethics and professionalism</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s in any of the following:<ul><li>Dermal Sciences</li><li>Aesthetics &amp; Cosmetology</li><li>Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)</li><li>Any relevant medical/aesthetic qualification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>what's your Current/Last salary?</li><li>what's your salary Expectations? </li><li>is F-7, Islamabad is Suitable for you ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Aesthetician : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
