Job Overview</b></p>

The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading electrical engineering design, review, and analysis activities for transmission, distribution, and industrial projects. The role requires extensive experience in power system studies using ETAP software and the design and engineering of 132kV GIS substations.</p>
<p>
You will provide technical leadership, support multidisciplinary project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements across all project phases, including FEED and detailed engineering.</p>

Industry Specific Experience:</b> Minimum 15+ years of electrical engineering experience in power, utilities, transmission, and distribution projects, with proven expertise in ETAP studies and 132kV GIS substations. Experience within an engineering consultancy and multidisciplinary environment is highly desirable.</p>

<li><div>Manage and supervise electrical engineering teams throughout project execution.</div>

<li><div>Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces with civil, mechanical, protection, and SCADA, ECMS/SCMS teams.</div>

<li><div>Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.</div>

<li><div>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Power Systems Engineering (preferred).</div>

<li><div>Minimum <b>15 years</b> of electrical engineering experience in power transmission and distribution projects.</div>

<li><div>Minimum <b>5 years</b> of experience in a lead engineering role.</div>

<li><div>Familiar with ADNOC Group Specifications.</div>
