This is a leadership role that combines technical excellence with strategic operational management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform to ensure high availability and performance.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations and support engineers.</li><li>Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud.</li><li>Implement and manage incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL-based).</li><li>Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain data integrity and platform security.</li><li>Conduct capacity planning and ensure scalability for future growth.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for seamless integrations.</li><li>Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.</li><li>Track and manage the operations budget, costs, and forecasts.</li><li>Generate and present performance reports and KPIs using Power BI and Azure Monitor.</li><li>Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations management, preferably in cloud-based environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).</li><li>Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud cost management.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Microsoft Sentinel.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Cloud Architect, or ITIL are preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Tools<ul><li>Monitoring &amp; Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, Application Insights, Microsoft Sentinel</li><li>Incident &amp; ITSM: SymphonyAI ITSM or ServiceNow</li><li>Reporting: Power BI, Azure Workbooks, Excel</li><li>Governance &amp; FinOps: Azure Cost Management, Resource Graph, Policy</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strategic and analytical thinking</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring abilities</li><li>Excellent cross-team collaboration</li><li>Business-oriented decision-making</li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and innovation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to QAR20,000.00 per month
