Role Overview: 
We are appointing a senior-level advisor to act as a strategic liaison between European stakeholders and government or sovereign entities across the Gulf region.
 
This role requires:

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable): 
Applicants must demonstrate:

<li>Minimum 5–10 years senior-level experience</li>
<li>Direct experience working:</li>
<li>Inside a government ministry (GCC preferred), OR</li>
<li>For a sovereign wealth fund, OR</li>
<li>For a government-related investment authority, OR</li>
<li>Within financial, trade, energy, defence, or commerce authorities</li>
<li>Demonstrated professional experience working in Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and/or Saudi Arabia</li>
<li>Proven exposure to decision-making environments at senior institutional level</li>
<li>Experience managing relationships with:</li>
<li>Sovereign wealth funds</li>
<li>Ministries</li>
<li>Government investment bodies</li>
<li>Financial regulators</li>
<li>Energy or defence authorities</li>
<li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading at professional level)</li>
<li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to travel internationally within 24 hours’ notice</li>
<li>Highly discreet, professional, and culturally aware</li>
<li>Ability to manage high-level communications between European stakeholders and Gulf counterparts</li>
