We are currently seeking Wavers to support the safe and efficient operation of a high-profile tourism project involving quad bike activities in Qatar.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Guide and signal quad bike riders at designated operational points.</li><li>Use clear hand signals, flags or approved signalling methods to control movement.</li><li>Help maintain safe separation between quad bikes, pedestrians and other vehicles.</li><li>Support safe entry, exit, queuing and movement within designated activity areas.</li><li>Provide basic directions and guidance to visitors and riders.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Traffic Control, Marshalls, HSE and operational teams.</li><li>Identify and immediately report unsafe behaviour, hazards or incidents.</li><li>Assist with crowd and queue management during busy periods.</li><li>Follow all site safety and emergency procedures.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Waver, Traffic Marshal, Flagman, Banksman, Event Marshal, Parking Marshal, Security Officer or similar role preferred.</li><li>Good awareness of traffic and pedestrian safety.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.</li><li>Confident working around moving vehicles/quad bikes and members of the public.</li><li>Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.</li><li>Available for shift-based operations.</li></ul>
