this role is for you.Role Overview:As a Business Development Representative, you&rsquo;ll be at the front line of Tech Emulsion&rsquo;s growth.You&rsquo;ll identify opportunities, start conversations, and convert interest into signed projects &mdash; supported by a skilled tech and delivery team.Your work will directly influence our monthly revenue and client portfolio quality.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Drive new business via Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold email outreach.</li><li>Identify high-value opportunities aligned with our services: SaaS Development, AI Automation, Mobile and Web Apps.</li><li>Write personalized, value-driven proposals and messages that convert.</li><li>Nurture relationships with startup founders, CTOs, and decision-makers.</li></ul>Upwork Bidder<ul><li>Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork aligned with Tech Emulsion&rsquo;s core services (SaaS, AI Automation, Mobile &amp; Web Apps).</li><li>Craft tailored proposals highlighting value, expertise, and past success stories to maximize conversion.</li><li>Maintain consistent daily activity on Upwork &mdash; tracking bids, responses, and follow-ups.</li><li>Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to prepare accurate estimates and technical inputs for proposals.</li><li>Build long-term client relationships through timely communication and professional engagement on the platform.</li></ul>Sales Operations<ul><li>Maintain a daily pipeline in CRM/Notion (lead &rarr; contact &rarr; call &rarr; deal &rarr; handoff).</li><li>Conduct qualification calls to understand project scope, timeline, and budget.</li><li>Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to prepare estimates and proposals.</li><li>Track KPIs &mdash; outreach volume, response rate, meetings booked, and conversions.</li></ul>Market Intelligence<ul><li>Research emerging AI + software trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Analyze what kinds of clients convert best and refine targeting accordingly.</li><li>Contribute to quarterly sales strategy reviews with actionable insights.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Content Support<ul><li>Oversee Tech Emulsion&rsquo;s LinkedIn and social media presence &mdash; post updates, case studies, and success stories in collaboration with leadership.</li><li>Engage with founders, communities, and prospects to amplify visibility.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and portfolio launches (case studies, newsletters, etc.).</li></ul>Process &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain and improve SOPs for outreach, qualification, and follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure every lead and deal is properly documented for reporting and handover.</li><li>Suggest new tools or automations (e.g., n8n, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist) to scale BD efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>1+ year in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (preferably tech).</li><li>Fresh graduates with excellent communication and drive are welcome.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Exceptional written &amp;
