The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the dealer network, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV), Automotive, or Motorcycle industry will be given preference.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Build, strengthen, and expand the dealer and distributor network across Peshawar.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and performance.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with dealers and key customers.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.</li><li>Conduct regular market and dealer visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.</li><li>Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for management.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service and coordinate effective after-sales support.</li><li>Monitor sales KPIs and implement action plans to improve overall business performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.</li><li>5&ndash;6 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.</li><li>Prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV), Automotive, Automobile, or Motorcycle industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing dealer/distributor networks.</li><li>Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Salary Package</li><li>Performance-Based Incentives</li><li>Career Growth &amp; Development Opportunities</li><li>Supportive, Professional, and Growth-Oriented Work Environment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
