The Attorney General&rsquo;s Office is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Attorney General of integrity and commitment to public service to serve as a prosecutor in the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division of the Criminal Bureau. 
This Assistant Attorney General will be responsible for handling a broad range of criminal cases, spanning financial crime and public corruption offenses. Financial crime includes fiduciary embezzlement by professionals, complex financial frauds, and tax fraud schemes. Public corruption includes a broad array of schemes involving public officials, public institutions, and public funds. The Criminal Bureau is staffed by a group of experienced prosecutors who partner with financial investigators, Massachusetts State Police troopers assigned to the Attorney General&rsquo;s Office, and local, state, and federal investigative and enforcement agencies. 
 
 
Primary Duties : The Assistant Attorney General will assume an existing caseload of substantive prosecutions and investigations, as well as responsibility for handling new assignments that include initial review and screening of allegations, formal grand jury investigations, and prosecutions up to and including trial. Assistant Attorneys General in the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division are charged with leading and coordinating the efforts of a prosecutorial team that typically includes a financial investigator, a state trooper, a victim/witness advocate, and support staff. Additional functions may include but are not limited to: (a) conducting joint investigations with other federal, state, and local referral agencies, prosecutorial organizations, and/or law enforcement agencies; (b) aiding the investigative and prosecutorial efforts of others within the Division; and (c) providing leadership and oversight of other team members&rsquo; contributions to case prosecutions. 
 
 
Position Requirements : 
<ul><li>A member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission in short order.
</li><li>Minimum of seven years of full-time legal experience, including significant experience as a prosecutor or defense attorney, in white collar or other complex criminal litigation, preferred.
</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to serving the public interest.
</li><li>Ability and desire to handle multiple complex and challenging priority matters simultaneously.
</li><li>Ability to successfully manage all members of a large internal and external investigative team, develop strong working relationships with outside agencies, and effectively represent the Commonwealth and the Attorney General before federal and state courts, agencies, and the public.

Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is looking for a highly motivated and skilled attorney and manager to join her team as Deputy Division Chief in the Energy and Ratepayer Advocacy Division (ERA) of the Energy and Environment Bureau.
Pursuant to G.L. c. 12, &sect; 11E, ERA advocates on behalf of the customers of Massachusetts&rsquo; electric, gas, telephone, and water companies. ERA&rsquo;s mission includes advocating for affordable rates and holding utility companies accountable; advocating for a smart, cost-effective, and equitable clean energy transition; advocating for environmental justice; and protecting consumers from predatory energy companies.
ERA represents consumers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative regulatory bodies, such as the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the Federal Communications Commission. ERA also represents ratepayer interests in the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) stakeholder process and chairs the Consumer Liaison Group (CLG) Coordinating Committee at ISO-New England.
Primary Duties: The Deputy Division Chief is responsible for assisting the Division Chief in supervising and directing the activities of a Division of approximately 23 employees, consisting of Managing Attorneys, Assistant Attorneys General, Energy Analysts, Paralegals, a Senior Policy Advisor, an Energy Consumer Liaison, and an Administrative Assistant. Supervisory responsibility will include overseeing the litigation of matters at the DPU, FERC, Superior Court, the Supreme Judicial Court, and other ERA matters. Responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to: reviewing and editing Division work product; supervising paralegals and support personnel; overseeing the mentoring and training of new staff members; assisting the Division Chief on press and legislative issues; assisting the Division Chief in the assignment and tracking of the Division&rsquo;s cases and in the day-to-day management of the Division; preparing activity reports; overseeing the Division&rsquo;s consumer complaint and outreach efforts; and overseeing the Division&rsquo;s technology and case tracking systems. About the Role:

The Attorney Support PROS Assistant is an integral part of Latham&rsquo;s Attorney Support team and will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys, in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Boston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.</div>
Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:</div><ul><li>
Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements</li><li>
Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests</li><li>
Preserving the confidentiality of Latham&rsquo;s and Latham&rsquo;s clients&rsquo; protected information</li><li>
Generating, editing, and posting client invoices</li><li>
Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary Public examination within six (6) months of hire and maintain an active notary commission thereafter</li><li>
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham &amp; Watkins retains</li></ul>
