Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Lead and deliver new / existing product campaign activations in line with US brand go-to-market strategy as well as providing key tactical plans / reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support key business functions in the development of US marketing initiatives (i.e sales, DTC, digital, design, social / influencer, PR, education, merchandising, finance, global, regional, SEO and more) to deliver against the pipeline of go-to-market activations.</li>

<li>Manage SKU portfolio list and input product info for retailers (Macy&rsquo;s, Dillard&rsquo;s, Ulta, Amazon, etc.).</li>
<li>Create and update seasonal side by side for retailer accounts and be the point person for retailer meeting coordination &ndash; providing support with decks and samples.</li>
<li>Manage library of content placement and competitive swipe, especially Macy&rsquo;s, Dillard&rsquo;s, and Ulta. Report and share findings.</li>
<li>Own the seasonal Sell Book process: develop timeline, gather assets, create layout, and work with the outside vendor to print and ship.</li>
<li>Assist Sr. Marketing Manager with other ad hoc projects and support as needed, such as prepare and track various meeting invites, reports, documents, and processes with extensive use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li>

Requirements and Skills:

Position Summary

The Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that enhance the company&rsquo;s reputation, engage key stakeholders, and support business objectives. Overview:

The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and practices, as well as experience with keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

The SEO Manager will be involved in technical development to ensure that tracking is in place, a baseline is established, and continuously report on the health of SEO throughout the execution of a given initiative. They will work closely with our SEO agency and cross-functional teams to drive organic search growth. 
 
This position requires a commanding knowledge of Enterprise Search Analytics with expert experience in SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and other relevant SEO data platforms. This role will be responsible for producing reports as it pertains to the channel and site performance. <li>Develop and implement a category strategy for media, creative, martech (including AI), e-commerce, advertising and other marketing spend sub-categories as well as develop and deliver a procurement strategy and plan which meets or exceeds targets and expectations.</li>
<li>Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, following a 7-step sourcing methodology. Prepare and execute bid packages utilizing RFIs, RFPs, reverse auctions, etc.</li>

 Data Analysis: Analyze indirect procurement data to identify industry trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

 Assists in the development of Request for information (RFI) to collect supplier information

 The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
 
 
 Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
 
 
 Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
