<li>Interpret plan rules to ensure compliance with Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)</li>
<li>Review the work of the Account Managers on the team and provide informal mentorship to them</li>

The project manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a research program examining stress, discrimination, and biological health across three NIH R01&ndash;funded projects.</p>
<p>
Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li><p>Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure the successful completion of research objectives.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Supervise and support research staff, including coordinating assignments, providing mentorship, and evaluating performance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including IRB applications, progress reports, and compliance materials.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal team members, external collaborators, and stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support dissemination efforts, including drafting and reviewing manuscripts, preparing presentations, and contributing to community reports.</p>

<li><p>Assist in the development of study materials, data collection procedures, and project protocols as needed.</p>
