 Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or related field or Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, preferably in the architectural visualization or marketing industry.

 Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or similar. Highest proficiency is expected in 3Ds Max.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of architectural principles, scale, proportion, and composition.

 Excellent skills in texturing, lighting, and shading to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
 </li>
