</p><p></p><p>As an Associate Banker in the Business Services Discipline group, you will work closely with the team&rsquo;s senior bankers to help grow the business profitably.</p><p>
</p><p>You will support the execution of the discipline&rsquo;s strategy, focusing on new client development and deepening existing client relationships across the Commercial Bank &amp; Specialized Industries platform. This role offers direct interaction with senior and local leaders, as well as individual bankers.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in the execution of established operating rhythms, including data analysis, report distribution, and internal communications with various stakeholders</li><li>
Support Relationship Executives in advancing discipline objectives and business development activities</li><li>
Contribute to the development and management of client and prospect prioritization lists for each sub-sector</li><li>
Stay informed on industry trends to help identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with Line of Business (LOB) partners</li><li>
Aid in the creation and updating of marketing material for clients
</li><li>Assist in the management of the Salesforce Dashboard to monitor and report discipline activities</li><li>
Participate in banker training and business development meetings with clients and prospects, including occasional travel to top markets</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge of business services business models</li><li>
3+ years of direct lending, credit support, or related experience, with a focus on business relationships</li><li>
Understanding of Commercial Banking credit and treasury products</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding goals</li><li>
Sales management and business development skills</li><li>
FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire</li></ul><p>

The Project Assistant III provides clerical support for the academic, clinical and administrative operations of one or more sections. Supports a wide variety of clerical functions for faculty, fellows, nurses, staff, research assistants, and trainees. Handles general office duties such as making copies, scanning, filing, typing general correspondence, sorting mail and faxes, maintaining office equipment and supplies, running errands, and answering the section telephone. Provides general assistance to visitors and guests, including guiding them to appropriate locations/offices. Responds to general inquiries and triages as appropriate. Assists in coordinating events, meetings, and calendar management for faculty. Responsible for submitting requests for payment of invoices, the purchase of goods and services, and the processing of reimbursements. Other duties as assigned.</div><div></div><div>

Provide administrative support to section faculty and shared support of nurse practitioners and research staff including processing of expense reimbursements in GEMS, travel expense vouchers, disbursements in ePayments, faxing, filing, photocopying, mail, ordering supplies in Buysite, submission of facilities maintenance requests, file maintenance, phone triage.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate the administrative needs of faculty physicians. Coordination encompasses support of academic, clinical, and administrative needs of the faculty and staff.</div></li><li><div>
