Job Description:
We are seeking a mid to senior commercial interior Designer who can design, draw, lead projects and provide delivery of high‑impact projects.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks, within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time)</li>
<li>Communicates clearly with managing team members</li>
<li>Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in practicing area of architecture and/or interior design</li>
<li>Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing</li>
<li>Develop space plans</li>
<li>Develop site surveys and related documentation</li>
<li>Develop project schedules</li>
<li>Demonstrates advanced proficiency in assembly of Construction Documents</li>
<li>May lead selection of finishes and fixtures</li>
<li>Effectively researches/problem solves to coordinate development of code compliant designs</li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>6-12 years of commercial interior experience (with workplace experience)</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree of architecture or interior design</li>
<li>Advanced Revit proficiency</li>
<li>Intermediate level rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)</li>
<li>Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency</li>
<li>Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of building codes</li>
<li>Proficient in Bluebeam, Plangrid, and Procore</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of construction documents</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of space planning if applicable</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of furnishings and finishes if applicable</li></ul>
