 Role Overview/Your Impact
 
 
 
 
 The Lead Analyst will serve as a for financial analytics services using enterprise customer telecom expense management (TEM) solutions. The Wireless team is responsible for analyzing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with Sakon customers based in the United States. Important metrics include process design, customer engagement and relationship management, customer satisfaction and SLAS compliance, inventory management. The Lead Analyst will be accountable for the performance, quality, resource planning, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level agreements (SLAs). The Lead Analyst will have overall accountability for the transition of new end user customers to GSG service delivery.
 
 
 &bull;Be the Lead Analyst for various US based and international clients to manage their telecom spend and processes using GSG Mobile Manager Software.
 
 
 &bull;Use GSG proprietary tools and software's to perform various analytical and reporting functions. Be the MPOC (Main point of contact) for US based customers. Participate in meetings and conference calls to facilitate client and internal communications.
 
 
 &bull;Assist in implementation of new customers.
 
 
 &bull;Prepare Project Plan and estimated turnaround
 
 
 &bull;Perform audit or analysis relating to cost control and all related activities
 
 
 &bull;Procure project related information from Client, Vendor or concerned project interfaces
 
 
 &bull;Preparation &amp; Presentation of Standard reports as required &amp; requested
 
 
 &bull;Ability to work on Ad-hoc reporting requests using logical analysis and deep dive approach Coordinate with different teams to procure information or status of tasks related to the project assigned
 
 
 &bull;Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the team members
 
 
 &bull;Mentor and train new resources
 
 
 &bull;Perform Quality Checks to ensure accuracy of work completed &amp; reported
 
 
 &bull;Documentation of new processes or custom requests from Clients
 
 
 &bull;Excellent organization, planning and project management skills
 
 
 &bull;Experience in handling offshore clientele, onsite client experience preferred
 
 
 
 
 What Does the team do
 
 
 
 
 The Optimization team is responsible for analyzing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with SAKON customers based in the United States. It uses enterprise customer telecom expense management (TEM) solutions. They analyze telecom costs, ensure accurate billing, and identify cost-optimization opportunities. The team is responsible for maintaining service quality, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring SLA compliance. They also focus on effective resource planning and process management to ensure smooth service delivery. Overall, they contribute to client satisfaction through structured reporting, quality checks, and strong stakeholder coordination.
