<li>To ensure that the material shipments of all product groups ordered by the sales teams are shipped at the right time, right quantity and right price in accordance with the procedures,</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders in the system, provide up‑to‑date status information, and resolve all requests received through communication channels in line with defined KPIs,</li>
<li>To carry out and follow up the transfer processes in export and customs,</li>
<li>To make all entry and exit registration procedures for all product group operations on ERP system,</li>
<li>To support monthly and weekly sales reports.</li></ul><br>

Your profile as</b><b> </b><b>Customer Order Management Specialist</b> <b>(m/f/d):</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,</li>
<li><b>Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support or customer order management</b> <b>positions,</b> <b>preferably in the automotive spare parts sector,</b></li>
<li>Experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP), proficient in MS Office programs, nice to have: PowerBI skills,</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer‑orientation skills,</li>
<li>At least intermediate level of English and fluent Turkish (written and spoken).</li></ul><br>
