 About Four Seasons Istanbul Private Residences
 
 
 
 The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.
 
 
 History and future, contemporary and traditional civilization, and art and pop culture all come together in one place, as the region showcases the city&rsquo;s most upscale shopping districts, renowned culinary destinations, and dynamic entertainment options. The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential area of Istanbul, on the European side of the Bosphorus.
 
 
 The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid&rsquo;s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.
 
 
 As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.
 
 
 As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and 65% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Operating from the Residential Lobby and Front Drive, the
 
 Bell Attendant
 
 is an integral part of the Residential Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our residents are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the Four Seasons Private Residences, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand inside the building and greets each resident by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the residences for arrivals and transports luggage for departing residents to the entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving residents with a Four Seasons Private Residences orientation, delivers packages and parcels.
 
 
 
 TASKS
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the Resident&rsquo;s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 When necessary, greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the residence. Assists guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want cars parked. Gives verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot. Opens residence doors for all guests and manages the door operations needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified in the Residence Unit Admittance Forms. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists residents, visitors, and/or vendors in all inquiries in connection with residential common areas, hours of operations, key residences personnel, directions, etc. Must be familiar with all common areas and services offered at the residences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greets all residents and their guests passing through lobby and offers them assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the residences Concierge Desk, deliver messages, packages, laundry, groceries, etc. to units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliveries in-residence dining requests from 3rd party vendors to unit as requested
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the residences lobby is always clean, including bell carts and storage area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complies with Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
 </li>
 <li>
 Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use a variety of IT systems to perform his own duties and assist homeowners on basic functionality.
 </li>
 <li>
 To assist the Concierge when needed during busy periods and when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain a high standard of personal appearance &ndash; ensuring that your uniform is clean and presentable. Wearing your name badge at all times. Be a role model in this area.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to communicate on all levels with staff, colleagues and management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driver's License is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 To fulfil the role of valet parker to Four Season&rsquo;s standards, as required and drive cars in a safe and responsible manner. Ensure cars are secure and complete the necessary paperwork.

 Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities

 Ability to communicate resident&rsquo;s requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of residents and fellow employees. Responds swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs any special projects deemed necessary by your direct Supervisor/Concierge or Residential Leader
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills And Compentencies
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, intermediate communication skills are essential
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have minimum of 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hospitality environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, and have a high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnight, weekends and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical by nature, this position requires standing for 8 hours per shift and requires candidates to have the ability to lift and push 30 kg., respectively
 </li>

 High school education or equivalent experience is required
