About the Role 
EGIS is currently looking for a highly skilled BIM Modeler &ndash; Architecture &amp; Landscape to help us deliver multi-disciplinary projects. The role will be placed at the BIM management team level. The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for architecture and landscape discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks with the project BIM manager. This role is not limited to just BIM modelling tasks only. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.</li><li>
Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards.</li><li>

FUNCTION &amp; RESPONSIBILITY&middot; Create and manage BIM models for architectural projects.&middot; Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient BIM workflows.&middot; Review and analyze project documents to identify and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.&middot; Create and maintain BIM standards and templates to ensure consistency and quality.&middot; Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.&middot; Provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software.&middot; Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMMUNICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.&middot; 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller or BIM Architect in MEP/Joinery/Fit out industry&middot; Experience working on architectural projects in the construction industry.&middot; Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.&middot; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.&middot; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.&middot; Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.&middot; Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.&middot; Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).WORKING CONDITIONSWorking conditions are normal for an office / factory environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
