Job Description 
EGIS is currently looking for a highly skilled BIM Modeler &ndash; Architecture &amp; Landscape to help us deliver multi-disciplinary projects. The role will be placed at the BIM management team level. The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for architecture and landscape discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks with the project BIM manager. This role is not limited to just BIM modelling tasks only. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.</li><li>
Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards.</li><li>

Ensures accurate modelling, clash-free coordination across disciplines, and compliance with UAE authority standards and ISO 19650 throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop BIM models for:</li><li>Roads &amp; Traffic (corridors, intersections, grading)</li><li>Wet Utilities (water supply, sewerage, stormwater)</li><li>Dry Utilities (electrical, telecom, lighting, district cooling)</li><li>Perform clash detection and coordination with all disciplines</li><li>Generate layouts, profiles, cross-sections, and BOQs</li><li>Prepare authority submission drawings</li><li>Maintain and update models, including as-built documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years experience (UAE infrastructure projects preferred)</li><li>Strong in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk Navisworks</li><li>Experience in roads and/or wet/dry utilities modelling</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM 360 / ACC</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Civil / Infrastructure / Electrical Engineering</li><li>Strong coordination, analytical &amp; problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>BIM Certification</li><li>Experience with authority submissions (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah)</li><li>Additional tools like Revit, Dialux, SWMM, SewerGEMS</li></ul>If you meet the above criteria, please share your profile to +971 52 519 1490.Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
