  We are working on building a Customer 360 platform for an airline client, aimed at creating a unified view of customer data across multiple systems. This platform will support various business use cases including customer insights, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements for a Customer 360 data platform
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyse data flows, data feeds, and integration points across ~40+ source systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with technical teams, data engineers, and vendors to validate solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Define and document data models, schemas, and data structures
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure proper data governance, data lineage, and data quality checks are in place
  </li>
  <li>
   Support data integration and stitching of customer data from multiple platforms
  </li>
  <li>
   Produce clear documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work closely with delivery teams
  </li>
 </ul>

   Essential Skills &amp; Experience
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Proven experience in data-driven or data migration programs
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of data analysis concepts including:
  </li>
  <li>
   Data modelling &amp; schemas
  </li>
  <li>
   Data lineage &amp; governance
  </li>
  <li>
   Data quality and validation
  </li>
  <li>
   Data integration &amp; servicing
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to interpret data feeds, schemas, and integration specifications
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience working with data platforms / data ecosystems, such as: Data Lake / ADLS or Databricks or AWS (Redshift, S3, etc.) or Google BigQuery
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working on data warehouse or Customer 360 implementations
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  </li>
 </ul>

   Experience in Airline / Travel domain
