<div>The Senior Manager &ndash; Ethics &amp; Compliance is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the organization's compliance framework, including policy development, training, risk assessments, investigations, and regulatory engagement. This role ensures that internal practices meet legal, ethical, and professional standards while embedding compliance into the daily operations of all business units. The role collaborates with leadership across clinical and non-clinical functions to foster a culture of ethical conduct and accountability.
The post holder will:
<ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of the ethics and compliance strategy across all healthcare entities.
