</li><li>Responsible for preparation and delivery of periodic as well as ad hoc MIS reports on transactional and Unit performance against approved business plans, budgets, goals and objectives.</li><li>Supports the Unit, by providing technical, operational, credit and management guidance and supervision, to enable them to perform their functions and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Is responsible for preparing, and periodically updating as per Unit's requirements, QNB Credentials, Marketing presentations, Market update Reports, League Tables, Work in Progress, Deals Done and Deals Turned down reports and other industry and market reports that record market activities and QNB's participation in such transactions and ranking in the industry.</li><li>Implement the &lsquo;one-point of contact' approach to respond to and resolve all customer's and other parties' needs and queries pertaining to Global Structured Finance transactions.</li><li>Performs cross selling activities to enhance QNB's overall relationship with customers by coordinating activities with other QNB units/ departments.</li><li>Ensures adherence to all QNB Group policies procedures and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Interprets and applies customer research and feedback into tangible product development initiatives by providing inputs to relevant units of the QNB Group.</li><li>Ensures provision of timely and accurate information to Department Head to be given to the QNB's senior management team, external and internal auditors and the Group's compliance function as and when required or appropriate.</li><li>Represent the Bank at professional and industry organizations/ venues to ensure dissemination of knowledge of QNB's offerings relating to Global Structured Finance.
</li><li>Performs any other tasks assigned by the direct manager pertaining to Corporate and Institutional Banking Division or QNB's Global Structured Finance activities.</li></ul>
D. Learning &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Takes responsibility for self-development as well as acquiring and upgrading skills and knowledge required to fulfillment of one's duties.</li><li>Ensures that he/she keeps abreast with latest technical, financial, industry and market developments affecting his / her job responsibilities in particular and the business and operations of the Bank in general.</li><li>Accepts supervision, training, guidance and mentorship from Head of Global Structured Finance to ensure job functions, work output and customer interface are conducted in the highest internationally accepted market standards.</li><li>Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities.</li><li>Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field</li></ul>
E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities:<ul><li>Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML &amp; CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).</li><li>Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks.</li><li>Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy.</li><li>Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements.</li><li>Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.</li><li>Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence.</li><li>Attend mandatory (internal and external) seminars as instructed by the Bank.</li></ul>
F. Other:<ul><li>Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.</li><li>Maintaining utmost confidentiality concerning customer and internal bank information obtained during the course of business and provide such information on a need-to-know basis only to Senior Management of QNB, Audit and Compliance functions, and relevant Regulators.</li><li>Maintain high professional standards to uphold QNB's reputation and to strengthen its market leadership position.</li><li>All other ad hoc duties/activities related to QNB that management might request from time to time.</li></ul>
Education and Experience Requirements:<ul><li> 
University graduate (bachelor) with High Scholastic Achievements.</li><li>Major in Law, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing required.</li><li>MBA preferred but not required</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in a corporate banking industry or related fields.</li><li>Well-informed of the market dynamics and competitive structure, industry environment, practices and rules and regulations for the corporate banking customer segment.</li></ul></div>
