Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatment.</li><li>
Conduct a thorough review of the patient&rsquo;s health history to provide quality care.</li></ul><ul><li>
Provide superior assistance to supported hygienists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act.</li><li>
Assist with setting up rooms for all hygiene visits including stocking and restocking instruments and supplies</li><li>
Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping.</li><li>
Prepare treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA &amp; CDC recommendations</li><li>
Partner with the providers and team to follow office systems and maximize office workflow.</li></ul></div><div> 
Minimum Qualifications -<ul><li>
On the job training and additional certification may be required based on state requirements</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Transactional Procurement Execution &ndash; Perform daily P2P (procure-to-pay) activities including requisition processing, purchase order entry and edits, item maintenance, and resolution of match exceptions</li><li>
Compliance Support &ndash; Execute processes to ensure transactional alignment with sourcing strategies, supplier utilization policies, and internal approval workflows. &middot; Customer Service &amp; Issue Resolution &ndash; Serve as a subject matter expert in the P2P Process, providing prompt support (training, issue resolution, etc.) to internal customers for procurement-related inquiries, including service requests. Escalate non-routine issues to senior team members or supervisors.</li><li>
Relationship Management &ndash; Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution and service excellence.</li><li>
Effective Communication &ndash; Communicate clearly and professionally with peers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. Use written and verbal communication to share updates, ask questions, and ensure understanding of basic procurement processes.</li><li>
Documentation &amp; Data Maintenance &ndash; Maintain procurement documentation and ensure data accuracy in ERP and procurement systems.</li><li>
Team Collaboration &ndash; Partner with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments to ensure purchasing accuracy and service quality.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field and 0-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or professional customer service roles strongly preferred. HS Diploma and 3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, or customer service experience can be considered.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)</li></ul>
