Promote staff engagement and team work to provide optimum service so that guest needs are met in the Rooms and Food &amp; Beverage operations. Within Food and Beverage operations: Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Job PurposeThe IT Manager is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining the company's complete technology environment, including business systems, internal platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, servers, websites, customer-facing applications, telephony systems, backups and technology requirements for real estate projects and new branches.The role acts as the technical owner of the company's IT environment and works closely with Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service and Project teams to translate operational requirements into secure and effective technology solutions.Key Responsibilities1. IT Strategy &amp; Operations<ul><li>Manage the company's overall IT operations, systems, infrastructure and technology requirements.</li><li>Develop and implement IT solutions based on business and departmental requirements.</li><li>Ensure availability, reliability, performance and security of business-critical systems.</li><li>Establish IT standards, procedures, access controls and technical documentation.</li><li>Manage day-to-day IT troubleshooting and user support across departments.</li><li>Evaluate technology requirements and recommend improvements, upgrades and automation opportunities.</li></ul>2. Business Systems &amp; SanZen Portal<ul><li>Manage and administer the company's internal SanZen Portal.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, roles and access levels.</li><li>Develop and implement workflows and system improvements based on departmental requirements.</li><li>Support users and troubleshoot portal-related issues.</li><li>Coordinate system enhancements, testing, implementation and ongoing optimization.</li><li>Maintain technical and functional documentation for internally developed systems.</li></ul>3. Sales &amp; Finance Systems<ul><li>Manage the company's DEV system supporting Sales and Finance operations.</li><li>Maintain workflows relating to EOI, Booking Forms, SPA and customer transaction documentation.</li><li>Configure and maintain document logic, workflow sequences and applicable business rules.</li><li>Implement approved process changes requested by Sales, Finance or Management.</li><li>Ensure system continuity, accuracy and appropriate access controls.</li></ul>4. Broker Management System<ul><li>Manage and enhance the company's broker management platform.</li><li>Support broker registration, activity tracking and follow-up processes.</li><li>Manage user access, workflows, updates and technical support.</li><li>Develop system improvements to increase automation and reduce manual coordination.</li></ul>5. Company Website<ul><li>Manage the company's website from a technical perspective.</li><li>Implement website changes, corrections, new pages, sections and functionality.</li><li>Coordinate website content requirements with Marketing, Sales and Management.</li><li>Monitor website performance, availability and technical functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot website issues and maintain appropriate security controls.</li></ul>6. Customer Mobile Application<ul><li>Manage the company's customer/owner mobile application and its integrations.</li><li>Support application releases, updates and technical enhancements.</li><li>Maintain integration with customer payment-plan functionality.</li><li>Support integration between the mobile application and smart-home systems.</li><li>Maintain service and maintenance request functionality.</li><li>Ensure customer requests, payments and activity integrate correctly with relevant internal systems.</li></ul>7. PBX, Telephony &amp; AI Calling<ul><li>Manage the company's PBX and central telephone infrastructure.</li><li>Configure extensions, call routing, IVR and related telephony functionality.</li><li>Manage integrations between telephone systems, AI calling platforms and lead-management systems.</li><li>Configure and optimize AI call workflows, qualification logic, escalation rules and customer interaction flows.</li><li>Monitor system performance and continuously improve call workflows based on operational requirements.</li></ul>8. Cybersecurity &amp; Information Security<ul><li>Manage company cybersecurity, network security and system security.</li><li>Implement and maintain access controls, permissions and secure connectivity.</li><li>Protect company accounts, devices, networks and business systems.</li><li>Monitor security risks and investigate suspected security incidents.</li><li>Implement security controls, system hardening and appropriate preventive measures.</li><li>Ensure employees receive appropriate system access based on their roles and responsibilities.</li></ul>9. Backup &amp; Business Continuity<ul><li>Manage the company's backup and recovery environment.</li><li>Establish and maintain backup schedules for business-critical systems and information.</li><li>Monitor backups and verify successful completion.</li><li>Maintain restoration and disaster-recovery readiness.</li><li>Periodically test recovery procedures.</li><li>Maintain documentation covering backup locations, retention and restoration procedures.</li></ul>10. Smart Home &amp; Project IT InfrastructureAct as the technical point of contact for technology infrastructure incorporated into real estate development projects, including:<ul><li>Smart-home system design and integration.</li><li>Home automation and owner control systems.</li><li>Smart-home testing and commissioning.</li><li>CCTV systems and connectivity.</li><li>Sound systems.</li><li>Fiber backbone planning and routing.</li><li>Wi-Fi coverage and access-point planning.</li><li>IDF rooms, racks and technical layouts.</li><li>ICT, ELV and low-current infrastructure.</li><li>Coordination with project teams, consultants and contractors.</li><li>Testing, troubleshooting and final technical readiness.</li></ul>11. New Branch &amp; Server Room Setup<ul><li>Lead complete IT setup for new company offices and branches.</li><li>Design and establish server rooms, including racks, servers, switches, cabling and related infrastructure.</li><li>Configure networks, structured cabling, internet connectivity and secure links between locations.</li><li>Arrange and configure workstations, printers, telephones, user accounts and other IT equipment.</li><li>Extend cybersecurity, access controls and backup coverage to new locations.</li><li>Ensure IT infrastructure is fully operational before branch opening.</li></ul>12. IT Assets &amp; User Management<ul><li>Manage company laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT assets.</li><li>Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and assignment records.</li><li>Create, modify and deactivate employee system accounts and access.</li><li>Coordinate IT requirements for employee onboarding, transfers and offboarding.</li><li>Ensure company assets and system access are properly returned or disabled during employee separation.</li></ul>13.
