Tasks and Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Prepare work scope databases in Excel by referring to Engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other fabrication applications or software Admins to provide them inputs based on work scope databases.</li>
<li>Update construction progress by coordinating with Yard Supervisors or Foreman.</li>
<li>Prepare and circulate daily / weekly construction progress reports to team.</li>
<li>Present data using Excel commands like pivot table.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations in PowerPoint.</li>
<li>Print and Track inspection test records for approvals and signatures.</li>
<li>Maintain list of ordered material, Follow up on delivery status, Update material requestor on status and holdups.</li>
<li>Track misc. consumable material issuance and consumption.</li>
<li>Act as focal point for subcontractors to ensure mandatory HSE trainings and completed.</li>
<li>Act as focal point for subcontractors to submit task risk assessments. Coordinate between reviewers, approvers &amp; subcontractors and ensure task risk assessments are updated and signed off.</li>
<li>Assist Production Engineers in preparing drawing red-line markups. Compile and submit red line markups to Document Control following Document Control procedure.</li>
<li>Assist Production Engineers in issuing procedures, method statements, test packs, change orders, minutes of meetings.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:</b></p>

<li>3-4 years Diploma in Engineering Discipline or</li>
<li>Certification in Technical Discipline with ability to read and understand Engineering drawings.</li></ul><br>

Experience:</b></p>

<li><p>Requires 2-3 years of experience with construction company and familiar with documents, drawings, construction data.</p>
