You are commercially astute with a track record of influencing category and revenue growth with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</p>
<p>
You possess strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams in a regional setup. You are highly analytical with the ability to interpret shopper data and apply insights to commercial strategies. Additionally, you have experience in monitoring trade terms across channels and customers, as well as defining the right commercial strategy guidelines by channels and customers to foster the triple win strategy.
