Major accountabilities of Position:
<ul><li>An experienced and highly skilled Principal Telecom Engineer to lead and oversee the telecom systems for our major offshore oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, advanced Telecommunication systems and equipment in complex large-scale projects.
</li><li>Carry out FEED and detailed design engineering activities pertaining to Telecommunication systems and sub-system, including co-ordination with the various discipline groups in an engineering consultancy organization. </li><li>This position requires deep technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the capacity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery meets industry standards and specifications.
</li><li>The candidate shall have high technical knowledge and proven experience of delivering onshore and offshore detail Engineering projects (both green field and Brownfield) involving processing platforms and Well Head Towers. Experience in delivering offshore project shall be an added advantage.
</li><li>Interaction with vendors, review and evaluation of vendor offer and preparation of TBEs for Telecom Systems and Bulk materials in major projects. Candidate shall have experience of generating/reviewing all the Telecom engineering documents.
</li><li>Develop discipline work plans. Overall supervision of Telecom engineers, designers and technical personnel in the execution of the project and development of project deliverables.
</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support in the specification, design, and selection of Telecom systems.
