The Center Operations Manager position is responsible for overseeing one or more USO Center&rsquo;s operations, and overseeing programs, events and activities at locations surrounding the Center(s). This position also manages subordinate operational staff and volunteers. It also assists in evaluating and modifying existing programs, events and activities, and plans and implements new or improved programs, events and activities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Duties)

<li>Create, maintain, communicate, and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to inform Centers&rsquo; procedures and activities, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP). Ensure that staff, volunteers, and vendors comply with the EPP, report damage, destruction or injury to the Center and its assets. Conduct employee accountability checks.*</li>
<li>As directed by leadership, perform and monitor financial activities, including creating and executing operating budget, sales and/or other income, banking transactions. Operates within budgetary guidelines. Manage cash on hand and maintain inventory of supplies and assets.</li>
<li>Prepare, review and present reports, including financial, operational and statistical reports. Create and/or maintain records required for local procedures and activities.</li>

Job Specifications

The Center Operations Specialist position is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of one or more USO Centers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, friendly, and inviting environment for service members.  Position Overview
 
 
 
 The
 
 Operations Center Site Leader
 
 is responsible for managing all contractor personnel assigned to the Operations Center and serves as the primary interface with military and U.S. Government counterparts on matters related to Contractor Security Guard (CSG) activities. This position plays a key role in coordinating threat intelligence, supporting mission planning, and ensuring that all operations center functions are executed in accordance with U.S. Government directives and contract requirements.
 
 
 The Site Leader ensures accountability of all contractor personnel, maintains situational awareness of ongoing operations, and facilitates communication between Intelligence, Operations, and Force Protection elements. This individual ensures the Operations Center operates efficiently, maintains compliance, and provides timely reporting and support to mission leadership.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage all contractor personnel assigned to the Operations Center.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the principal liaison with military and Government representatives for operational coordination and information sharing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Intelligence, Operations, and Force Protection personnel to plan and implement security operations and threat response measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain daily accountability for all contractor personnel, ensuring reports are submitted in the required format and timeframe established by the Government.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the Operations Center fulfills all required duties, directives, and performance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and ensure effective communication between the contractor security force, U.S. Government leadership, and other relevant agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support operational planning, incident tracking, and response coordination as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with contract and Government requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure staff are trained, equipped, and prepared to execute Operations Center responsibilities at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools for reporting, data management, and communications
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 U.S. citizen.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years of combined professional experience in the military, law enforcement, or private security industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 7 years of honorable military service required (waiverable in special circumstances with COR approval).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience as an officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer (E-7 / NATO OR-7 or above), or team leader in military, police, or private security operations in a contingency environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must provide documentation of honorable discharge (DD-214 or equivalent from FVEY military forces).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage personnel in dynamic operational environments
 </li>
