Responsible for Chemotherapy Compounding and Reconciliation in accordance with USP Chapter &lt;797-800&gt; Compliance and Documentation.</li><li>
Works with the quality coordinator to ensure that policies and procedures are current and that all compounding activities are in compliance with USP and MOH regulations.</li><li>
Coordinates regular sterility and stability testing of the stock sterile products in compliance with USP and MOH regulations.</li><li>
Oversees all documentation related to sterile product production.</li><li>
Management of end product process prior to distribution.</li><li>
Ensures all compounding and testing records are accurate and complete.</li><li>
Accurately prepares and labels sterile products in a safe and cost-effective manner, utilizing an aseptic technique.</li><li>
