 to strengthen acute care capacity, trauma response, and operational performance within a high-volume Emergency Department.

 The successful candidate will play a critical role in:

   Managing high-acuity cases

   Optimizing patient flow
  </li>

   Supporting accreditation readiness

   Reducing ED overcrowding risk
  </li>

   Enhancing clinical governance standards

 </ul>
 This role is ideal for a Western-trained Consultant experienced in structured emergency systems.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Clinical Scope
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage adult and pediatric emergency presentations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead resuscitations and trauma activations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise acute cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and polytrauma cases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in mass casualty preparedness protocols.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with ICU, Surgery, and Cardiology teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee triage quality and rapid decision-making pathways.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure documentation compliance with Saudi regulatory standards.

 Department Expectations

   Support ED efficiency KPIs (door-to-doctor time, admission turnaround).
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to protocol development aligned with international standards.
  </li>

   Participate in JCI / CBAHI accreditation initiatives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Mentor junior physicians and residents.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead M&amp;M reviews and quality audits.

  Qualifications &amp; Requirements
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
  </li>
  <li>
   Board Certification in Emergency Medicine.
  </li>
  <li>
   Western Board preferred (ABEM, CCT UK, RCPSC, Australian, etc.).
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 3&ndash;5 years post-board Consultant experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   ATLS, ACLS, PALS certified.
  </li>
  <li>
   Eligible for Consultant classification with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in high-volume ED (&gt;60,000 visits annually preferred).

 An AI Expert is a highly experienced professional with deep and broad knowledge across artificial intelligence who provides advanced guidance, mentorship, and problem‑solving on complex or cross‑cutting AI initiatives. &ldquo;AI Senior Consultant&rdquo; is the go‑to person (internal or external) who can connect the dots between AI domains and keep programs state‑of‑the‑art while aligning with business goals.

  Key Responsibilities

   Thought leadership &amp; strategy: Identify high‑value opportunities for AI, assess emerging technologies, and recommend strategic directions (e.g., where to invest in new capabilities or data assets).

   Cross‑department collaboration: Liaise across projects to avoid duplicated effort, share approaches, and translate AI capabilities/limitations for executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
