Job Description 
Under the guidance of Duty Engineer or the Chief Engineer and within the limits of the established Accor Policies, the responsibilities are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and technical skill. To work with a team spirit and to ensure that all hotel guest rooms, other facilities and equipment are working in good condition.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. This includes cleaning ducts and filters, checking for leaks and refilling refrigerant.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems which involves troubleshooting issues, replacing defective parts and performing emergency repairs in the hotel.

As technical superintendent Qatar you are responsible for the technical operational deployment, maintenance and docking of vessels. In close cooperation with the international crew on board you will ensure that the vessels are in an excellent technical and maintenance state to ensure the continuity of service to our client.

<div>Primary Purpose of the Job:

The LNG Ship Contract Specialist plays a critical role in managing and negotiating LNG shipping and marine-related contracts for QatarEnergy&rsquo;s Marketing Directorate. This position ensures that all contractual obligations are met, risks are minimized, and commercial interests are protected. By overseeing compliance, performance reviews, and cost optimization, the role supports the smooth operation of LNG shipping activities and strengthens QatarEnergy&rsquo;s global reputation in the energy market.</div>
Required Experience and Skills:
<div><ul><li>Minimum 8 years in the shipping industry with exposure to LNG shipping contracts and marine operations.</li><li>

Follow hazardous Material management program procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals etc. using material safety data sheets. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to Shift in charge. Follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines. Complete appropriate Fire and safety trainings and certifications to perform work tasks.</li><li>Address guest&rsquo;s service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using guest&rsquo;s name if possible.</li><li>Develop and maintain positive and productive working relations with other employees and departments. EXPERIENCE
At least two years experience as an Electrcian in a complex facility.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate. CPR certification and/or First Aid
training preferred. Any licenses or permits that may be required by law or company regulations.

 The Director &ndash; Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)Program / Physician is responsible for the delivery of a high-quality evidence-based and innovative clinical service. The Director &ndash; Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program /Physician identifies and articulates the vision, strategic direction, and growth of the Program and develops implementation strategies to achieve them. The postholder will have specialist knowledge in pediatric Hematology and/or Oncology and/or Immunology and innovative cell and gene therapy treatments.
 
 
 The post holder participates and leads in divisional and interdisciplinary meetings, as required. The Director BMT Program will carry out relevant clinically focused translational innovation to improve the work of the Program, to improve existing treatment plans and/or develop/test novel and experimental treatments.
