The Financial Services Manager leads the Financial Services unit and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for:<ul>
<li>Communicating effectively with customers to follow up on due and overdue installments.</li>
<li>Encouraging customers to make payments and resolve outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Conducting field visits to customer homes or workplaces as needed to facilitate collections.</li>
<li>Negotiating payment plans and solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.</li> 
</ul> 
 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
2+ years of experience as a collection officer
</li><li>A bachelor's degree is required in any field.</li><li>
We seek individuals who can adapt and perform effectively in physically demanding field environments.</li><li>
Capable of managing physical tasks and mobility for fieldwork.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully.</li><li>
Proven effectiveness in follow-up activities.</li><li>
Exceptional skills in communication and persuasion.</li><li>
Capacity for self-driven work and independence.</li><li>
Competent in utilizing computer systems.</li><li>
Preferably possesses some data analysis skills.</li><li>
Possesses a strong reputation and is acknowledged for integrity.</li><li>
Locations as follows: Zagazig, Al Asher of Ramadan, Shubra El Khima ,Port Said, Behera, Alexandria &amp; Cairo.</li></ul>
