We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technician (Toyota Master Technician) to lead and manage workshop operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:<ul><li>Certified Toyota Master Technician or Toyota Professional Technician.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Toyota Technician.</li><li>Advanced expertise in vehicle diagnostics and use of diagnostic equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Toyota mechanical, electrical, and hybrid systems.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong communication, administrative, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to write technical reports and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT).</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assign and dispatch repair orders based on skill level, priority, and deadlines.</li><li>Monitor work progress to ensure timely and first-time-right repairs.</li><li>Support technicians in complex diagnostics and repairs.</li><li>Conduct quality control inspections and reduce repeat repairs.</li><li>Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Department.</li><li>Maintain tools, special service equipment, and workshop safety standards.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and train technicians.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain clear communication across departments and identify sales opportunities.</li></ul>We are looking for a results-driven leader committed to operational excellence and delivering superior service quality.نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٬٥٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهراللغة:<ul><li>English (مطلوب)</li></ul>الترخيص/الشهادة:<ul><li>Toyota Master Technician Certificate (مطلوب)</li></ul>
