Facilities Contractor Management: Oversee the management of Facilities Contractors' Front Line Supervisors, driving daily and 4-weekly work plans.<br>
Supervisory Selection: Select and appoint the Facilities Contractors' Front Line Supervisors in compliance with SHE-H-703.<br>
Meetings &amp; Briefings: Lead the daily coordination meeting and deliver cascaded start-of-shift briefings to the Facilities Contractors' Front Line Supervisors.<br>
Readiness &amp; Advanced Work Packaging (AWP): Verify that work fronts, permits, and approved Installation Work Packages (IWPs) are in place before activities start. Ensure IWPs are being used on site by the contractors' Front-Line Supervisors.<br>
Permit to Work (PTW): Act as an Area Authority (AA) under the PTW procedure and assist planning of permits with the Facilities Contractors.<br>
SHE Leadership: Enforce adherence to safe systems of work and construction phase plans on site. Ensure RAMS are reviewed in accordance with SHE-T-383.<br>
Progress &amp; Reporting: Monitor daily output against schedule and report any blockers to the Civil Structural Construction Lead.<br>

2. Quality &amp; Technical<br>
<br>
Quality Control: Ensure all Civil &amp; Structural work adheres strictly to specifications, design, and approved Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs).<br>
Design Interface: Interpret design drawings/specs and manage the onsite process for raising technical queries (TQs) promptly.<br>
Installation Work Package Support: Support the Work Package Engineers with the development and validation of IWPs.<br>
Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all Costain daily reports (CPM-T-1005) and Installation Test Records (ITRs) from the field.<br>

3. Temporary Works and Regulatory Compliance<br>
<br>
Temporary Works Supervisor: Act as the key site interface for temporary works related to civil &amp; structural, i.e., formwork, shoring, scaffolding.<br>
Compliance: Ensure all temporary works execution and sign-offs adhere to BS 5975 procedures, liaising with the appointed Temporary Works Coordinator.<br>
CDM 2015: Ensure contractor methods align with CDM 2015 requirements for the safe execution of the civil and structural works.<br>

4. Completions &amp; Handover<br>
<br>
Progressive ITRs: Drive the timely execution and sign-off of all Inspection Test Records (ITRs) and pre-commissioning checks related to civil and structural scope.<br>
Punch List: Lead the initial identification of punch list items and manage the Facilities Contractors' rectification effort to achieve early close-out.<br>

Mechanical Completion Readiness: Ensure the civil and structural scope is verified, documented, and physically ready for handover to subsequent disciplines (M&amp;P, E&amp;I).</li></ul></div><p></p>

Demonstrate sufficient experience (Five years plus) in a similar role on a large-scale project.<br>

We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our People and People Services directorate, providing high-quality administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. Working closely with Resourcing Partners and the Resourcing Coordinator, you will contribute to both high-volume and specialist recruitment activity across the charity.</div><div>

What you will be doing</b></div><ul>
<li>Providing administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from advert creation through to onboarding</li>
<li>Coordinating interviews, including scheduling, diary management and candidate communications</li>
<li>Managing candidate communications, including acknowledgements, updates and rejections</li>
<li>Supporting recruitment campaigns by posting adverts, updating roles and managing applicant tracking workflows</li>
<li>Assisting with application checks and assessment activities following clear guidance</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance</li>
<li>Supporting onboarding activity, including offer administration, contracts, references and pre-employment checks</li>
<li>Responding to queries from candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Supporting the delivery of assessment and selection activities, including assessment centres</li>
<li>Assisting with recruitment content on LinkedIn and other platforms</li>
<li>Providing administrative support for recruitment-related projects and continuous improvement activity</li>
<li>Working collaboratively with the wider resourcing team, escalating queries where appropriate</li></ul><br>
