Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision<ul><li>Supervise construction activities for roads, stormwater drainage, foul sewer, and TSE networks.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li><li>Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and subcontractors.</li></ul>2. Coordination with Ashghal<ul><li>Liaise with Ashghal inspectors and consultants for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Ensure all works comply with Ashghal QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) requirements.</li><li>Attend progress and technical meetings.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Monitor construction quality and ensure materials meet project specifications.</li><li>Review ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and inspection documents.</li><li>Ensure proper testing and documentation of materials.</li></ul>4. Technical Review<ul><li>Review shop drawings and as-built drawings.</li><li>Verify levels, alignment, and layout of infrastructure works.</li><li>Resolve technical issues at the construction site.</li></ul>5. Progress Monitoring<ul><li>Track work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</li><li>Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.</li><li>Support project planning using tools such as Primavera P6.</li></ul>6. Utility Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with utility authorities for existing services such as:</li><li>Water networks</li><li>Electrical lines</li><li>Telecom cables</li><li>Sewer systems</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;10 years experience in infrastructure projects.</li><li>Previous work experience on Ashghal projects preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).</li><li>Experience in roads, drainage, sewer, and utilities infrastructure.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a multicultural project environment.</li><li>Problem-solving and site management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
