Vendor, Contractor &amp; AMC CoordinationCoordinate with external vendors and contractors for civil works, electrical repairs, MEP services, pool maintenance, and AMC activities.Evaluate vendor performance, service quality, and cost effectiveness.Ensure timely completion of outsourced jobs and availability of materials and spare parts.5. Documentation, Reporting &amp; Inventory ControlMaintain detailed logs for maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and equipment performance.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for management review.Monitor spare parts, chemicals, tools, and consumables inventory; raise purchase requests when required.6.
