A Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management is highly desirable.&middot; Experience: Minimum 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 12-15 years in a senior leadership role (Project Director or Senior Project Manager).&middot; Project Experience: Must have a proven track record of successfully directing and delivering at least two multi-million/billion-dollar EPC offshore projects (e.g., platforms, FPSOs, subsea systems, pipelines) from conception to final handover.&middot; Regional Experience: Extensive experience working in the Middle East.&middot; Proven experience managing projects with complex stakeholder structures, including Joint Ventures (JVs).Skills &amp; Competencies:&middot; Strategic Visionary: Ability to set a clear vision and strategy for a complex, multi-faceted project.&middot; Decisive Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
