Job Summary:</b></p><ul><li>
The LEAD Program Manager role is part of the Community Justice Let Everyone Advance with Dignity formerly Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team &amp; Recovery Navigator Program funds that supports ETS&rsquo; mission through helping Law Enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug offenses and prostitution from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided goods and social services that are hoped to help cut down on their legal recidivism.</li><li>
The LEAD PM will be working in conjunction with other REACH domains focused on LEAD &amp; RNP work including Outreach, Housing, &amp; Integrated Care domains.</li><li>
Oversee &amp; help facilitate data collection, data reporting, &amp; program evaluation efforts for RNP &amp; LEAD.</li><li>
This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision &amp; leadership development of LEAD Supervisors through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision.</li><li>
The program manager will be responsible for collaborating with reach leadership regarding the day-to-day supervision of various staff working directly or in conjunction with this role. The Criminal Division represents the City in prosecuting misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors, and traffic infractions in Seattle Municipal Court. This position is responsible for providing legal administrative support to the Assistant City Prosecutor dedicated to the Pre-Filing Diversion Unit (PFD), Review and Filing Unit (RFU), Case Preparation Unit (CPU), Specialty Court Unit (SCU), the Discovery Unit Staff, and the Paralegals.</p></div><p></p>

Taking over the Mental Health Comp evaluation discovery process from Case Prep (to include uploading competency evaluations to relevant files and apprising RFU &amp; PFD prosecutors of evaluation results on cases in review status, tracking competency evaluation data based on quarterly reports from SMC)</li><li>
Assisting PFD paralegal with daily tasks (to include: order collision reports/pull infractions for applicable Driving Diversion Review (DDR) cases</li><li>
Running criminal histories for PFD completions at 3, 6, 9, and 12-month intervals (for mainstream program only), generating and sending PFD completion letters</li><li>
Providing assistance to higher-level staff on special projects, involving gathering and compiling information (including: Tracking deceased information on open cases based on quarterly reports from King County Medical Examiner, Add DDR Legacy of Equality, Leadership and Organizing (LELO) referrals to internal SCAO SharePoint spreadsheet</li><li>
Printing and mailing out letters/documents</li><li>

Requires two years of post-secondary coursework in legal secretarial or business skills and one year of litigation support work demonstrating familiarity with legal forms, terminology, and documents.</li><li>
Requires previous experience working with court operations, preferably within the Seattle Municipal Court.</li></ul><p><b>
