The REACH Program of Evergreen Treatment Services works with individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions to help them achieve stability and improved quality of life. REACH provides outreach-based-care coordination, multidisciplinary clinical services, and supports to access and maintain housing. Job Summary:</b></p><ul><li>
The LEAD Program Manager role is part of the Community Justice Let Everyone Advance with Dignity formerly Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) team &amp; Recovery Navigator Program funds that supports ETS&rsquo; mission through helping Law Enforcement divert individuals engaged in low-level drug offenses and prostitution from the criminal justice system to case management services. These clients will be provided goods and social services that are hoped to help cut down on their legal recidivism.</li><li>
The LEAD PM will be working in conjunction with other REACH domains focused on LEAD &amp; RNP work including Outreach, Housing, &amp; Integrated Care domains.</li><li>
Oversee &amp; help facilitate data collection, data reporting, &amp; program evaluation efforts for RNP &amp; LEAD.</li><li>
This role makes a critical difference at ETS by taking responsibility for day-to-day supervision &amp; leadership development of LEAD Supervisors through regularly scheduled individual meetings and clinical supervision.</li><li>
The program manager will be responsible for collaborating with reach leadership regarding the day-to-day supervision of various staff working directly or in conjunction with this role. This may include staffing all reached domains including outreach, community justice, housing and integrated care. The program manager will work in close coordination with CJ Associate Director, Seattle LEAD Program Manager, REACH Directors and other REACH leadership to ensure effective communication, collaboration and service provision. The program manager will maintain effective collaborative relationships with all internal reach and external partners and community stakeholders.</li><li>

Facilitate communication and coordination among service providers and other stakeholders involved and associated community resources.</li><li>
Help develop interagency agreements and or memorandums of understanding as needed to enhance collaborative partnerships and clarify roles and responsibilities to facilitate coordination of care for individuals served through this program manager role.</li><li>
Participate in regional and local meetings that pertain to this role including lead operational work groups and policy coordinating groups.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with the regional lead administrators and other relevant systems and leadership partners to highlight barriers, challenges, and successes.</li><li>

The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership, management, and sustainability of the Children's Justice Center of King County (CJCKC), guiding daily operations, strategic planning, and community collaboration. <div><b>Civil Division Legal Extern Program - Summer 2026</b></div><div><br>
The Civil Division Externship Program is designed to give students a 10-week meaningful experience and exposure to the King County Prosecuting Attorney&rsquo;s Office civil practice. The Civil Division is organized into eight different sections &ndash; contracts, county services, transportation and real property, employment, land use, natural resources, litigation, and involuntary treatment. Our attorneys provide comprehensive legal services to the King County government, including representing King County in lawsuits filed in state or federal courts and collaborating with client agencies to develop, fund, deliver, manage, and defend public projects, legislation, and initiatives that affect every aspect of civil society. A civil externship is an excellent way to become acquainted with the office, pursue an interest in civil law, and determine whether this is a future career path.</div><b><br>

Work Schedule:</b></div><div>
Externships are full-time* Monday through Friday for minimum of 10 weeks. Civil externs enjoy a hybrid work schedule that allows telecommuting, with a minimum of three days in office per week, subject to business needs and a telecommuting agreement. Employees will be provided with a County issued laptop and must maintain a workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
