This role will touch everything from social media and influencer programs to events, PR, and digital campaigns.</p><p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><p><b>Social Media: Work with in-house Social Media Coordinator/s to:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute our social media strategy</li><li>Manage Instagram (and cross-post to Facebook)</li><li>Launch and grow our TikTok presence</li><li>Collaborate with content creators at our studio in Long Island City to produce photo and video content</li><li>Manage paid social ads (e.g., Instagram/LinkedIn campaigns)</li></ul><p><b>Influencers / Brand Ambassadors</b></p><ul><li>Lead our influencer program/s</li><li>Organize events and activations with influencers and partners</li></ul><p><b>Brand Partnerships</b></p><ul><li>Plan and execute partnership events</li><li>Support product launches through co-branded initiatives</li></ul><p><b>Email Marketing</b></p><ul><li>Run quarterly promotional email campaigns</li><li>Build and maintain automated trigger emails</li></ul><p><b>Loyalty Program</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the overall strategy and execution of the loyalty program</li><li>Create campaigns to drive member engagement and increase guest visits</li><li>Develop compelling messaging and creative assets to showcase exclusive member offers</li></ul><p><b>PR &amp; Media</b></p><ul><li>Partner with PR contacts to share brand stories and secure coverage</li><li>Coordinate media outreach around events, partnerships, and new product launches</li></ul><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>A strategic thinker who&rsquo;s not afraid to roll up your sleeves</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple projects at once</li><li>Strong communicator with a sharp eye for branding and detail</li><li>Experienced in social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of marketing experience (preferably in food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and paid ad management</li><li>Experience working with in-house graphic designers and/or working with freelance photographers, videographers, and other creatives.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid search campaigns</li><li>A background in Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) is a big plus</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li></ul><p>This is a <b>full-time, in-office role based out of our Midtown NYC office.</b> If you&rsquo;re excited to grow a brand that&rsquo;s all about community, wellness, and creativity, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
