 GCL is seeking a highly organized and technically competent Infrastructure Technical Coordinator to support the successful delivery of infrastructure and construction projects.
 
 
 The role focuses on technical coordination, engineering submissions, material approvals, and multidisciplinary interface management to ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, Abu Dhabi authority standards, and project schedules.
 
 
 The Technical Coordinator will work closely with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to facilitate technical submissions, resolve design and coordination issues, and maintain effective project communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate technical submissions including shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications and Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the preparation and tracking of technical deliverables, submission schedules, and engineering milestones to ensure timely approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal disciplines to ensure proper coordination of infrastructure works including utilities, roads, drainage, landscape, and related systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and follow up on consultant and authority approvals to avoid delays in construction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure technical compliance of materials and timely approval of material submittals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in reviewing drawings and technical documents to identify design gaps, coordination issues, and discrepancies prior to submission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update technical submission logs, RFI trackers, and document control records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project teams in resolving technical queries and coordination issues during the construction stage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in technical coordination meetings and workshops, ensuring that all technical actions are documented and followed up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all technical documentation is prepared and submitted in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and Abu Dhabi authority standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential technical risks or delays and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
 </li>

 Experience &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in roads, utilities, landscape, or mixed-use developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3+ years of project experience in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority standards and approval procedures, including familiarity with entities such as DMT, ADM, ADQCC, and ADSSC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in technical coordination, engineering submissions, consultant coordination, and authority approvals.
 </li>

PTW Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale projects.
