About the Role</b></p><p>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structures Inspector (Bridges &amp; Highway Structures O&amp;M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a long-term project managing the Strategic Highways Structures in the country.</p><p>
In this role, you will be responsible for the Inspections and Maintenance of bridges and highway structures across the network, ensuring their safety, structural integrity and serviceability in compliance with the contract&rsquo;s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes bridges, footbridges flyovers/interchanges, iconic bridges, tunnels, monuments, culverts, retaining walls, gantries, masts and other highway structural assets.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements for Inspections, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, meeting all required SLAs and KPIs &ndash; Effectively eliminating any qualify failures.</li><li>
Ensure accurate utilization of Asset Management System (MAXIMO) to manage and close out Work Orders (Wos) and Service Request (SRs) correctly and efficiently.</li><li>
Maintain accurate utilization of Bridge Management System (BMS) ensuring accurate inventory, inspection reporting, condition, and performance data.</li><li>
Carry out inspections to assess structural conditions, identify deterioration rates and report on structural and/or safety risks.</li><li>
