<div>The Site Manager is responsible for meeting Contractor&rsquo;s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order. The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this contract. 
Essential Responsibilities: 
Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel. Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems. Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects. Provides senior technical support to customers. Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested. 
 
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:<ul>
<li>
The SM shall be a USN and have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience related to the requirements outlined in this PWS.
</li><li>Possess excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills.</li>
<li>
Desktop computer skills are essential with proficiency in full range of Microsoft Office products and should be capable of preparing management level reports and presentations.</li>
<li>
Position requires frequent travel.</li>
<li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.</li>

The SM shall have a minimum of four (4) years of design experience and four (4) additional years of experience in the engineering/construction management industry.</li>

Experience as an Engineering Mechanical, Civil or Electrical.</li></ul> 

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: 
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication and constant mental alertness. Must possess planning/organizing skills and must be able to work under deadlines. Position requires routine travel to site operating locations.

 The Projects Contracts Manager is permanently assigned to the Project&rsquo;s commercial and contractual management. A comprehensive knowledge of the principles governing all terms and conditions of contracts, Company contracts policies, and the Company industry, are prerequisites.

 Responsible for preparation of tender packages for Assigned Projects for the Client approval in Client's Model Contracts format and layout.

 Participates in Company strategic planning for specific projects, i.e., risk assessment, bid/no bid analysis, business plan.

 Ensures accuracy and timeliness of contract administration by the assigned Contract Administrators.

 Coordinates with affected groups to ensure proper support in contract administration, proposal preparation, and in negotiations.
 </li>

 Reviews requests for proposals particularly to identify risks and terms which may not conform to Company policy.

 Negotiates the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with client management.

 Managing Contract Personnel, make staffing assignments, offers training, reviews work produced, completes performance evaluations and counselling as needed.

 <li>
 10 years of minimum experience as Contracts Manager in an Engineering Company

 To be additional qualified as a Certified Contracts Manager by any reputable professional association
 </li>

 Must also have excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and potential clients and capable of independently negotiating complex contractual issues
