Core Responsibilities1. Quality Control<ul><li>Blueprint Interpretation: Reads and interprets architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that subcontractors are building exactly what was specified.</li><li>Inspections: Conducts regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets the project&rsquo;s quality standards. They identify defects or deviations before they become expensive problems.</li></ul>4. Resource Management<ul><li>Materials: Orders materials and ensures that the right quantities of lumber, steel, concrete, etc., arrive on time and are stored securely.</li><li>Equipment: Manages the usage and maintenance of heavy machinery (excavators, cranes) and hand tools.</li></ul>5. Communication &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Liaison: Acts as the middleman between the Project Manager (office) and the workers (field). They report daily progress, costs, and delays to upper management.</li><li>Daily Logs: Keeps detailed records of daily activities, weather conditions, worker hours, and equipment usage. In this role, you will support site supervision efforts by conducting inspections of ongoing construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
