Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Diagnose and manage benign hematological conditions, including anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, bleeding disorders, and hemoglobinopathies.</li>
<li>Interpret bone marrow biopsies, peripheral blood smears, and hematological lab investigations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal medicine, oncology, and transfusion services for integrated patient care.</li>
<li>Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.</li>

Qualifications & Experience
