Facility Management Supervisor - Fluent in English and Arabic language and literature.What you will do:The Facility Management Supervisor Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Your role builds long-term relationships with selected Owners and property management to drive the sales on new projects / Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) agreements.Working closely with the Directors and also, taking the lead in the development of new business.Job Responsibilities:&middot; Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Residentials and commercial properties.. Scheduling and making PPM for all AMC.. Dealing with tenants and property owners.. Managing AMC team schedule.. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.. Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.. Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.. Undertaking complex calculations..
