Cost Management<ul><li>Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and workshop resources.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.</li><li>Improve production efficiency through Lean Manufacturing principles.</li><li>Control fabrication costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.</li></ul>Health, Safety &amp;
