The Project Cost Manager will lead and manage all cost planning and financial control functions and act as the Client's independent cost and commercial representative within the Project Management team, to ensure cost efficiency and certainty, value for money, value optimization, transparency and compliance with contractual and financial governance frameworks, procurement regulations, throughout design, procurement, construction, and project close-out, also overseeing key project controls functions, including cost control, value engineering and change management.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Senior Aviation Cost Estimator/Planner/Manager to join our team and take the lead in providing our airport clients with expert, cost advice and advisory services. Utilising your experience of working on aviation projects globally and in the Middle East, you will lead the preparation and, or, review of cost and capital expenditure plans, updating and maintaining our aviation cost benchmarks as well as providing project management support for cost services to our aviation clients. You will be the focal point for all aviation related cost and commercial bids and projects. You will possess a strong track record in providing cost advisory services as well as detail-oriented and analytical cost planning with an evidencable aviation project background.
You will be able to operate with a 'top down' approach to cost estimating as someone who is familiar with global/regional benchmarks, highly familiar with the scope of airport projects and how they are typically assembled, through a range of differing procurement routes, and also be familiar with the types of professional teams and associated fee levels that are typically deployed for differing types of projects.
