SCOPE: 
Cost Managers support our commission leads in varying types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site. Our projects can be complex and of significant size and value.

The Estimator will work closely with the Sales, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure precise pricing and profitability for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesTendering &amp; Cost Estimation<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimation and identify potential risks.</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents within deadlines.</li><li>Analyze labor, materials, subcontractor quotes, and overheads to arrive at competitive pricing.</li><li>Ensure all cost estimates include necessary profit margins and align with company targets.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Coordinate with the Design team for drawings, revisions, and clarifications.</li><li>Liaise with the Procurement team for updated material prices and supplier quotations.</li><li>Maintain a database of material rates, subcontractor rates, and project costs.</li><li>Prepare value engineering alternatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.</li></ul>Client &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Support the Sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.</li><li>Attend client/consultant meetings to clarify technical and commercial queries.</li><li>Assist in negotiations with clients and subcontractors when required.</li></ul>Post-Tender &amp; Handover<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for approved projects.</li><li>Handover all estimation details, BOQs, and cost sheets to the Project Manager for execution.</li><li>Support in preparing variation orders and cost adjustments during project execution.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, MEP, civil, finishes).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic reading), and estimation software/Zoho CRM.</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience as an Estimator in the UAE interior fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market rates.</li></ul>Reporting To<ul><li>Reports directly to the Project Manager / General Manager.</li><li>Works closely with Sales, Procurement, and Design Teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
