<ul><li>Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation support the Peer Review Process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participates in training staff on menu items including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.</li></ul>
